A market selling taro root, vegetables, antiques, and sundries.
It bustles with many shoppers on weekends and holidays.
Exit from the Okinawa Expressway and continue north and you will see the market on your left.
Fresh vegetables from Kin Town and the surrounding area, secondhand goods and clothes, imported American sweets, and detergent, among all sorts of other items, are sold, making for a unique atmosphere that always draws a crowd.
Within the market grounds, there are also eateries and food vendors. Kin Town’s soul food, “Chii-irichii Bento,” made with Okinawan aguu pork, is also available for purchase.
