Chef recommends “prosciutto and avocado salad,” featuring 21 kinds of baby greens from Ginoza. 2 kinds of original dressings match well with the greens. The owner says, “hydroponically grown greens from Ginoza are slightly bitter and spicy, and deliciously tender.” This fresh and healthy salad is a must-try.

The most popular item is “Yakiniku Chahan” with beef diaphragm. Fried rice with meat marinated in salt-based sauce is addicting. Be sure to try this as well.
